SPYGLASS RIDGE VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board of Directors’ Open Forum Meeting Policy

This clarification of the Open Forum meeting procedures of the association’s Board of Directors is intended to support our Board in addressing the meeting agenda efficiently and lessen residents' confusion and frustration about any expectations that their issues will be presented/discussed/ resolved at the current meeting.

1. HOA open meetings are held only four times a year, so the hours allocated for each meeting are needed to efficiently complete the current agenda items.

2. Only items listed on this agenda will be resolved.

3. At the beginning of each meeting, residents may present issues in the Open Forum. Each resident has a three-minute time limit to allow for several presentations. The Board members may ask questions to understand the issue more clearly.

4. At the Board's discretion, issues presented in the Open Forum may be listed on the next meeting’s agenda. The item will be discussed and resolved at that time.
