First Community-Wide Event
As your Community Facilitator, I am enrolled in the idea of transforming Spyglass Ridge Villas and Villas Antigua from a “development with nice houses and condos” to a “community with a heartbeat.“
I’d like to see a community where residents experience connection and camaraderie with friends who are also neighbors.
Our Community-Wide Event - on the common area grass by the Southgate on 11/11/23 from 3-5 p.m. gives us a chance to meet, mingle, and connect. It’s a simple get-together with your neighbors and Board Members.
You will also find beneficial information regarding our Emergency Preparedness Plan. We have a sample go-bag and stay-box. Also, a checklist of items suggested for your go-bags and stay-boxes will be available.
